The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is near the city centre and close to a metro station, allowing for easy transportation to explore the city. the hotel is situated near the Marques de Pombal square, which is only a few metro stops away from the centre.

One negative aspect mentioned by a guest is that the check-out time was strictly enforced, with a staff member calling to remind them to leave the room right at the designated time. This could be seen as an abrupt and unwelcome approach, especially if guests are still on schedule.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy for us to travel to the city center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the spacious and comfortable room, with a nice bathroom and a rain shower head. The staff were kind and cute, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed the breakfast with a nice offering and plenty of coffee.

The staff were attentive and were pretty good too ensure our room was impeccably cleaned and our belongings were thoughtfully arranged. The breakfast offered was satisfactory and the location was convenient, being close to the underground station. The availability of a separate lounge area with a computer and printer was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem just outside of where things are happening in the city center. With its location near the subway stop, it's so easy to travel easily to the city center and explore all the sights. The staff at this hotel is friendly and attentive, making sure that all your needs are met. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom that has everything you need. And the breakfast, oh, the breakfast! They have a variety of options, including cereal, which is a great way to start your day.
